5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

IEmpower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
